Information for Community Groups

OIMB facilities are sometimes available for public activities, academic and non-academic. If you are interested in booking housing or meeting space for your event, contact Laura Screen or call (541) 888-2581 for event eligibility and availability.

Meals:

Breakfast: $9.00
Lunch: $10.00
Dinner: $14.00
Banquets and special requests can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Meeting Space:

Boathouse Auditorium $60 to $120 per day
Dining Hall Meeting Space without kitchen use: $120 per day
Dining Hall and Kitchen: $300 per day

Miscellaneous Charges and General Information:

Prices are subject to change. Information on miscellaneous charges and deposits may be obtained from the OIMB office. 24hour notice is necessary if you wish to cancel or reschedule your visit. All cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date will be charged $20.00.
