Student Voices: Marine Birds and Mammals

measuring whale croppedIn my first term at OIMB (summer 2014) I touched a juvenile beached humpback whale, saw 25 live ones and three blue whales on a whale watching trip in my Marine Birds and Mammals class. Today, I am in my second term here at OIMB, I have changed my major to marine biology, and I plan on staying here until I graduate to complete my third term and work on exciting research projects.
